I recently tried this Truffle Butter https://www.gourmetfoodstore.com/.../truffle-butter-0856 when I was making pasta. It was a completely new flavor and much better than I had with just Parmesan. And it's all so easy, just add freshly cooked pasta with a dollop of truffle butter for a quick and elegant dish.
