I feel that way. But I
OSRS GP don't mind the thought of providing more control to the OSRS team. Because besides PvP stuff, and a few dividing upgrades like a ability that is new. I feel like they have a good deal of freedom to design content anyhow. It is not like everything they survey gets down shot. Like if they polled DT2, menaphos and raids it would all pass without it even being shut. Seems like more of a motive to keep the polling system. Will pass. The updates a good portion of the player base dislike won't pass.
Another thing to consider is simply because something fails a poll does not mean it can't be reworked by them and repoll it later. What's great about scenarios like that is that they will find a good deal of feedback from players and adjust the content before adding it into Runescape. Afterward a group of players will be marginalized for needing another ability or for being Pkers, as somebody said though. Eventually they will become jaded and leave Runescape, which I am convinced Jagex does not want. I honestly voted but with voting towards the groups getting more power and Jagex that participate in it. As someone and a pker who enjoys pvp I feel this is my only alternative.
Feedback is important. There are numerous cases of this OSRS team pitching an upgrade and the neighborhood essentially reacting like"woah woah woah hold on, did you think about this ___". Turns out jagex didn't think about said thing, and the update was better due to the community feedback (or would not have been good w/o it). These are the community long term jmods that are liked by the community and general understand their stuff/produce upgrades that are good. They're still human and can not know everything. In case the same upgrade were to happen in RS3, it would've gone in without the prospect of feedback, or just ignored (though we've had cases of ignored feedback in OSRS, see prif/crystal armour and bh2) along with the update would have remained bad/dead/broken on arrival. So them engaging and acting on comments and feedback is vital to OSRS.Maybe they could introduce utensils kind of like the iron saliva in Runescape match, then tie it in to smithing. Hell, let us get BBQ or a grill going. It could be a good incentive to a really use. An equilibrium to it could be a burn chance. The food food for pvp is balancing. Completely agree. I believe like most skills have various paths you can take (cheap and slow, expensive and fast) along with many different methods. Runecrafting is indeed stagnate the xp prices are shithouse and never grow as you go high in levels. Yeah bloods are afk but still demotivating to even reach 77 and just cease at 60/65 for your dairies.
I didn't state anything
buy old school rs gold about new updates being awful however. They've done very well with a lot. Hosidius expansion is perhaps the best update we have ever had in that respect. What I dislike is the concept of Jagex using OSRS as an alternate timeline in which they never screwed up RS2. I really don't believe Runescape in its current state is like this, but things can change. They never anticipated OSRS becoming the"main Runescape match" and surveys similar to this one make me incredibly suspicious with what they've been planning behind closed doors to the years ahead. I only want to have the ability to play with the Old School without worrying about another fiasco that we've always known and loved. Eventually 1 day nobody will be able to play with Runescape ever again. Sucks to think about.
