The 2021 draft will last four rounds long with all 23 teams filling the roster of NBA2king six players. There are currently 63 slots available for the 2K League, and the draft order has been approved.

The 2K League will host this draft as a full event. It will feature two-vs.-two MyPark, interviews with influential people like Champ2K, Dominus and Dribble2Much with special guests including 2 Chainz, NBA champion Robert Horry and Daryl Morey who is the president of basketball operations for the Philadelphia 76ers, and many other celebrities announcing their choices.
