HOW DOES PLASTIC SUCTION MACHINE CHOOSE SHEET THICKNESS AND COOLING SYSTEM? from LITAI's blog

The thickness of the products of the full-automatic plastic suction machine varies greatly. Some are as thin as paper, as thin as a cultivation flower pot, etc., and they are broken when poked; some are as thick and strong as a bathtub, and can be used for decades without damage. So how to choose a fully automatic press according to the thickness of the product?

Full-Automatic Plastic Suction Machine Types

According to the thickness of the product, the full-automatic plastic suction machine can be divided into two types: thin plate full-automatic plastic suction machine and thick plate full-automatic plastic suction machine. The automatic sheet blister machine is our common full-automatic plastic suction machine. The thickness of the sheet of the full-automatic plastic suction machine is usually 0.12-2mm, and the source of the board is wide, such as PS, PET, PVC, APET, PE, recyclable materials, etc. There are medicine, hardware, cosmetics, food, etc.; the thickness of the thick sheet full-automatic plastic suction machine is 1.5-8 mm, and the main products produced are light box advertisements, home appliance back shells, refrigerator liner, bathtub and so on. Some products can replace injection molding products, but compared with the injection molding process, the mold cost of the thick plate full-automatic plastic suction machine is lower, the mold production time is shorter, and the efficiency is higher than that of the injection molding machine.

Full-Automatic Plastic Suction Machine Selection And Cooling System

When choosing a fully full-automatic plastic suction machine, you must fully consider your own product characteristics. If you have any doubts during the purchase process, you should make more references. Why is cooling important for the production of full-automatic plastic suction machines? As we all know, in the forming process of the full-automatic plastic suction machine, it is necessary to make the plate contact with the mold for vacuum forming. The mold is repeatedly exposed to the heated sheet and accumulated heat during operation, and when the temperature reaches a higher temperature, it is necessary to wait for the mold to drop to a lower temperature before continuing production. At this point, a cooling system will be used to accelerate mold cooling. During the product forming process, the full-automatic plastic suction machine has a cooling process to enhance the product strength and help the product form. A mold with a built-in cooling structure is the ideal purchase at present, and cooling is required both inside and outside the product in contact with the mold. The semi-full-automatic plastic suction machine is mainly water-cooled and air-cooled, it cools the paper by spraying water mist or blowing cold air. Although spraying water mist and blowing cold air can achieve the cooling effect, the cooling speed from the outside to the inside is slow, but it has the characteristics of wide material adaptability. Non-metallic materials such as plaster and wood can be used.

  Full-Automatic Plastic Suction Machine Maintenance

1. Lubrication: All columns, chains and bearings should be kept in good lubrication condition. Running without lubrication can severely damage the machine and cause column deformation.

2. Water filter and lubricator: observe and record various indicators, and regularly refuel and change water.

3. Keep the working environment clean and hygienic. Scrap around the fuselage, oil stains inside the machine, etc. need to be dealt with every shift.
